We got Judith Jones, the author, to visit the community and do a cooking demonstration. She also answered questions about how to stock a fridge when cooking for one. She gaveways to be efficient but still have variety. The message was there’s no reason you can’t enjoy cooking for one. Some residents said they were inspired to start cooking again.
