Chefs at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., faced off March 25 in the first Fruit & Vegetable Recipe Contest. Students gathered in Willard Straight Hall to sample eight fruit and vegetable dishes created by the chefs. Students voted on their favorite dish and chose Chef Chloe Greenhalgh’s vegan veggie brownies as the winner. The dish will be added to the menu later this spring.
