A transformative kitchen

Chef’s Kitchen will be a venue to rotate in new concepts during the day and host cooking demonstrations and classes by night. The area is set up with a full cook line and 16 cooking pods, where students can participate in an interactive demonstration. The area is also equipped with cameras, speakers and TVs, so that students can better follow along. During the lunch daypart, Duke will host pop-up concepts. “Kind of like a food truck, we will be popping up different culinary experiences,” Coffey says.
